Saint Martin

Saint Martin is an overseas collectivity of France located in the Caribbean, occupying the northern portion of the island of Saint Martin (which is shared with the Dutch territory of Sint Maarten). Known for its pristine beaches, luxury resorts, and duty-free shopping, it serves as a popular tourist destination in the Lesser Antilles. The territory became a separate French overseas collectivity in 2007, having previously been part of the overseas department of Guadeloupe.
