Once known as the 'Gateway to the Bohemian Switzerland,' Most is a reconstructed city that emerged from the ashes of extensive coal mining operations. The town's most striking feature is the Gothic Church of the Assumption, which was literally moved 841 meters to save it from mining destruction in 1975.
